In our 3D Modeling & Design class, students learn how to create their own digital 3D objects, characters, and designs from the ground up. Using Fusion 360 and Nomad Sculpt, they’ll experiment with both precision modeling and freeform digital sculpting while developing skills in creativity, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving. Students can take their ideas from an initial concept all the way to a finished 3D model, giving them a hands-on introduction to the creative and technical possibilities of 3D design.

In This Class, Students Will:

  • Design and build detailed 3D objects using Fusion 360

  • Explore digital sculpting and create organic shapes, characters, and creatures with Nomad Sculpt

  • Learn the fundamentals of 3D modeling, proportions, scale, and spatial design

  • Turn creative ideas into finished models through hands-on projects and experimentation
