ConnectEd Summer Camps

When: June 8-12 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Join us for a wonderful week of Beat-Making! This camp explores the world of music making on the computer. Using the professional software, Ableton Live, we will make beats and melodies and combine them all to create a song by the end of the week. Each kid will present their song and showcase it at the end for everybody in the class as well as their parents!

Join us for our Youtuber Camp! During this camp kids will work on various video projects focused on developing their social media skills. They will be creating short videos to develop their editing and acting skills. At the end of the week these kids will have several videos to showcase and post on their social media platforms if they want!

Join us for a awesome minecraft coding experience! During this camp the kids will explore the world of Modding. This is where we modify the game of minecraft using a program called MCreator. This program enables us to change the game of minecraft by adding our own Biomes, Creatures and Items. Using the block based coding system in MCreator we will be able to give these custom elements custom effects and code the game into something new!

Join us for our exciting Digital Art and Animation camp! During this camp kids will learn the basics of creating digital art. They will create several pieces of art on the computer that challenge them and encourage their skills with the software. At the end of the week we will have an art showcase where the kids will have an opportunity to display their work and tell you all about it!
