Music Production

A perfect class for kids who are creative, love computers and love experimenting with sound.
Students jump into the world of digital music creation using Ableton Live, MIDI controllers, microphones, and virtual instruments. They learn how to build drum patterns, craft synth melodies, record sounds, and layer everything together into real tracks they can be proud of. The class is designed to make music creation approachable, hands-on, and exciting—even for kids who have never played an instrument.

In This Class, Students Will:

• Create their own beats, melodies, and sound effects using Ableton Live

• Experiment with MIDI controllers, virtual instruments, and real audio recording

• Learn the basics of rhythm, arrangement, mixing, and sound design

• Make music inspired by their favorite video games and electronic artists
